Consultations are by appointment and can be booked over the telephone on 01674 673400 or in person at reception. You may choose to see any doctor. During holidays or in urgent situations however, it will be necessary to see the duty doctor.

There is now an Open Surgery every morning, with booking in from 8.00am and consultations starting at 8.30am and any patient coming into the surgery before 10.30 will be seen that morning.

We would suggest that if you need to see a specific GP that is working that day, you check-in prior to 9.45am.  GP's can limit/cancel specific GP requests should there be a high demand for a GP.  Patients will be seen by the next available GP.

Please note that your date of birth is used to find your records and will be requested by the receptionist.

Every Tuesday, the practice offers extended hours surgery, between the hours of 18:00 - 19:00.  This gives patients an opportunity to see either a doctor or a nurse out with normal surgery times.

We would request that if you need to see a specific GP that is working that day, you check in prior to 9.45am.

Practice Nurses

In a number of cases it might be worth considering an appointment with a practice nurse rather than a doctor. Practice nurses are qualified to deal with many ailments and you may be seen more quickly. Our nurses see patients by appointment between 08:00 - 18:00 and are also availble to give telephone advice.

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.
