Annat Bank Practice 

Annat Bank Practice has given notice to terminate its contract with NHS Tayside. Annat Bank Practice will close on Friday, 29 November 2024. The practice will be fully operational until Friday 29 November, and there is no need for registered patients to take any action at this time as everyone will continue to be looked after by the GPs and staff at Annat Bank Practice. When a practice gives notice to stop providing services, the Health Board has a responsibility to ensure that safe primary care services are provided to the local population and NHS Tayside will be writing to all patients to inform them.

NHS Tayside’s main priority is to ensure that patients who are currently registered at Annat Bank Practice have continued access to GP services. NHS Tayside will now work with Angus Health and Social Care Partnership to ensure that patients have continuous access to local GP and primary care services. Please be assured I shall write to you again before Friday, 29 November 2024 with details of the arrangements which have been made for your ongoing care and treatment.
